Argento Beachwear USA will exchange any size or style on sale swimsuits. An exchange must be within 7 days of delivery date. New models are refundable or exchanged within 5 days of delivery date. The receipt must be shipped with the items. In the interests of hygiene, please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse any items where it is clear that this hasn’t been done. Please also be mindful of pet hair, cigarette smoke, or any other debris that may deem the suit unwearable. All returned items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with hygienic liner and all labels attached. Items found to be wadded up, mishandled, abused, laundered, and/or soiled in any fashion will immediately be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All claims are forfeited by the purchaser if it is determined that the request was not compliant with our policy.
For exchange items only please include the size and style number you’re exchanging it for. In order to do an exchange or refund, email us to [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This Number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us, otherwise it will not be accepted. Note – We must receive the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the time we issued you the return authorization number; after 10 days the return authorization will be void. Once we receive your exchange, we will determine if it has been sent back to us in the same condition in which it was shipped out. Return shipping charges in amount of $12 will be billed to your credit card.
We strongly recommend getting a tracking number for your shipment to ensure delivery. Without tracking, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any refund or exchange will be issued in the case of lost or undelivered packages.
